Community Service Programs

We are currently seeking volunteers for the following areas:

Students

The Office of Civic Engagement and Service Learning require that Chicago Public School (CPS) students complete at least 40 hours of community service as part of their graduation requirement.

Adults

We also offer computer services for adults.

Tutoring & Computer Technology Services

Our after school tutoring program assists with core subjects (Reading, Math, and English) and the ACT.

Experienced tutors will also assist students with one-on-one homework assistance based on their indvidual needs.

Our Computer Technology seminars will help improve typing skills and teach Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. Various tests are also given to rate progress.

One hour sessions are available Monday through Friday from 3:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
